The venue was stylish, I loved the location just off the center of the city, Palermo-walking distance to the cathedral, and the restaurant inside, and city views. New-fashioned room, friendly staff — everything was great. Coffee and a kettle worked well and the bed was very comfy.

The hotel itself was perfect and overall clean and the stuff where delightfully helpful, it had stunning location close to main attractions. The service was all in all flawless. Parking was nearby and we didn't mind paying extra gbp 13 per day.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, but everything was perfect. The room itself was individually decorated with jacuzzi, bath, a balcony and the breakfast was marvellous. The service offered was flawless.

I was here for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant for dinner. It was in the heart of Palermo, and close to Teatro Massimo. There were a market and boutiques around the hotel.

everyone who works in the hotel is very friendly and attentive. the building is newly renovated and the rooms are a nice size and individually decorated with beautiful shower, jacuzi, balcony. they serve delicious and amazing breakfasts for all tastes with cereals, freshly cooked omelettes, tons of food.
